Dr. ARISWARAN

Dr. Ariswaran studied B.Sc., and M.Sc., from Annamalai University, Chidambaram during the years 1974-’79. He was awarded gold medal by the University. He did research work in synthetic organic chemistry during 1979 –‘83 and received Ph. D., degree from Madras University. He also obtained best thesis award for his excellent work there. He had published more than 20 scientific papers in refereed national and international journals.
Dr. Ariswaran worked as R & D officer in M/s. Tan India Pvt. Ltd., Mettupalayam, Coimbatore Dt, during the period of 1983 –‘87. Later, he joined as Dy. Manager in Tamilnadu Petroproducts Pvt. Ltd., Chennai. (1987-’90). He then moved to M/s. Henkel Spic Pvt. Ltd., Karaikal, Pondy and worked from 1990-2000. He was promoted from Dy. Manager to senior manager ,chief manager and went on to become the manufacturing head of the company In 2000, he started a Partnership company, M/s. SreeRamu Surfactants and started manufacturing secondary surfactants, like. CMEA, CDEA and CAPB and supplied to all leading cosmetics companies in South India. In 2017, the company was converted to a private limited company and was renamed as Sree RamuSpeciality Surfactants Pvt.Ltd. Currently, he is the Managing Director of the Company.

Dr. G VENKATESWARA RAO

Dr. G. Venkateswara Rao has studied M.Sc (Organic chemistry) in Andhra university at Visakhapatnam during 1987-89 and obtained university rank. He awarded doctorate degree on Marine Natural Products by the Andhra University, Visakhapatnam in 1995. Later, he did postdoctoral work on natural products in School of Pharmacy, National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan (2000-01). He had published more than 40 research and review articles in reputed and peer reviewed, high impact factor national and international journals.
Dr. Rao is pioneered in the area of natural products and invented several novel ingredients and compositions for various skin care and hair care applications from natural products and filed more than two dozens of patent applications. He worked in several manufacturing and Basic Research industries, like dye intermediates, natural and synthetic pesticides, pharmaceutical, oleochemicals and finally worked on cosmetics and home care products in various capacities. He gained good knowledge on several field. He had participated in conferences and delivered several invited lectures.
Dr. Rao developed several superior cosmetic formulations (milder shampoos and antidandruff shampoo, skin care creams, face wash, herbal hair oils, (hair fall control, hair growth and antidandruff), herbal hair wash powders, herbal hair dyes, herbal massage oil and hand santizer) for various applications and several home care products, like. dish wash paste, hand wash etc.
Many of his research findings have been commercialized and few of the products are available in the current market. Currently, he is working as whole time Director in the company and taking care of product development and marketing and technical activities.
